There are two plans, Essential and Preferred. Either one gets you 2 visits a year per unit, spring and fall, priced by tonnage. Extra units at the same site are 15% off, and filters are never included.

Who we are
Three generations in the trade
Velocity Air A/C & Heating is locally owned and family-run. Larry Hough founded it and his son Stefin joined him, and today we take care of homes all over the Greater Houston area. Repairs, tune-ups and new systems, done the way we'd want them done at our own house.
We're also Class A licensed with no tonnage limits, so commercial and light industrial systems of any size are on the table. That commercial work pays off at your house too. It's where we learned to test everything and to make repairs that hold up.
House or warehouse, we work the same way. We tell you what's actually wrong, we don't do sales pitches, and when we finish a job we stand behind it.

The way we handle every call
Find the real failure first
We don't touch a wrench until we know what broke. Usually that means running the system and watching the airflow and refrigerant, plus the load and the controls, while it's going.
Talk it through with you
We'll tell you what's wrong and what the fix costs. Ask what we'd do if it were our house and we'll tell you that too.
Fix the reason, not only the part
We don't make our living selling parts. If something failed for a reason, we deal with the reason too, so you aren't paying for the same call twice.
Think about the long run
We weigh every recommendation against the life your equipment has left. Our techs don't rely on commission, so the customer always comes first.
